Yakimono’s hitting the road and bringing its fiery flair to Club Chin Chin for the regional festival of wining and dining that is Tastes of Greater Geelong.
Head Chef Daniel Wilson and his crew will be heating up GMHBA Stadium for one night only of flame-kissed feasting on Wednesday 2 July. Expect a special $95pp four-course menu celebrating food cooked over fire, filled with lots of inventive Yaki twists — plates like Tuna Tartare on Tapioca Nori Crackers, Charred Squid with Wasabi & Yuzu Sesame, Wagyu Zabuton Steak and lots more.
There’ll be plenty of add-ons to level up your night, from Pork & Ginger Gyoza to Oysters with Finger Lime Ponzu, plus we’ll be pouring a specially curated drinks pairing for $55pp.
Club Chin Chin’s full bar lineup of craft beer, vino and playful cocktails will also be on offer.
