TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH THE GEELONG FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED IN RESPECT OF CLUB CHIN CHIN GIFT VOUCHERS

GIFT VOUCHERS

This document contains the full set of terms and conditions with the Geelong Football Club Limited (ABN 67 005 150 818) (‘Geelong Football Club’) governing the use of gift vouchers distributed by Club Chin Chin (Club Chin Chin Gift Voucher). The Geelong Football Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The restaurant at Club Chin Chin is owned by the Geelong Football Club and is operated by the Geelong Football Club at GMHBA Stadium, Geelong in collaboration with the Lucas Group (Vic) Pty Ltd (Lucas Group). Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers which are available for purchase on the Lucas Group website.

1. Acceptance of Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Club Chin Chin Gift Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

2. Transactions made with the Gift Voucher

Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at Club Chin Chin. Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed at any other Lucas Group restaurant or at any other business operated by the Geelong Football Club. Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for any other gift voucher, including gift vouchers issued or distributed by other Lucas Group restaurants or other businesses owned or operated by the Geelong Football Club.

3. Lost or damaged Gift Vouchers

Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

4. Expiry

Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period. Expired vouchers will be void and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

5. Voucher Recharge or Redemption for Cash

Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded with additional funds. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods.

6. Transaction Currency

Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers are processed in AUD.

7. Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neither Lucas Group (Vic) Pty Ltd, the Geelong Football Club Limited nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives, will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Lucas Group (Vic) Pty Ltd websites to purchase Club Chin Chin Gift Vouchers. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

9. Privacy Policy

When you purchase a Club Chin Chin Gift Voucher, the personal details you enter will be collected by a third party provider on behalf of the Geelong Football Club and the Lucas Group. The type of details you will be asked to provide include your name, email address and payment details. This information is required in order to process your request. If you do not provide the requested information then your request for a Club Chin Chin Gift Voucher cannot be processed.
